Global People Specialist, People Analytics

Continuing to invest in our future, we are looking to hire a Global People Specialist, People Analytics to be based at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. The purpose of the position is to support the build of Mölnlycke’s capability of people analytics to bring further insight and focus to the People plan to support the execution of the company strategy.
You will develop the people analytics area and finding new ways to bring value to Mölnlycke business by using people data and analytics.
As our Global People Specialist, People Analytics you will have a business crucial position in the implementation of our strategic digitalization roadmap. You will secure that the tools will be able to deliver the data that is needed for the people analytics area.
Responsibilities:
Develop the strategy around our global People KPI dashboards & our global reports on Success Factors
Consult & support the organization in People Analytics
Be a key stakeholder in the implementation of the People Digitalization road map
Create reporting methods and analysis foundations required by the business
Assist in user acceptance testing of People Digital Tools with a focus on analytics and reporting
Train the People community in tools for reporting and analytics
Educate People community about People KPI´s

Qualifications:
University degree
Minimum of 5 years of work experience within People Processes
Experience from HRIS, People Analytics, People Digitalization, data manipulation & data visualisation
Experience in Success Factors & PowerBI is an advantage
Experience and knowledge about analytical tools and calculations methods
Highly analytical to draw actionable insight from People data
Ability to understand advanced technological solutions and how they drive value for the organization
Understanding of IT concepts and development methods
Skilled in cultural differences in communications across a global business.
Global mindset
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
