Your job will be situated within the Global Supplier Management (SM).We are a small team of highly professional and self going individuals.Together we hold the responsibility for driving development, implementation and compliance of the SM process and tools within Operating Units and Clusters.

In your role you will drive changes and continuous improvements of the SM Process, procedures and tools related to Sourcing and Contracting.You will drive the communication and training of improvements to the Supplier Management community and other relevant stakeholders.Initially this role will focus on the Operating Units, but gradually the focus will be split between different Purchasing Segments and Clusters.You will work closely with Supplier Management organisations within Capital Equipment SCO and Processing as well as with key stakeholders within D&E.The position will involve working in multinational environment and require travels primarily within Europe.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

.Drive process improvement of Sourcing & Contracting
.Drive development of relevant systems & tools
.Secure process alignment of Quality initiatives linking into Sourcing & Contracting
.Secure process alignment of other cross process initiatives linking into Sourcing & Contracting

Qualifications

You have more the three years of experience of working with continuous improvements/change management.You have a very good understanding of Supplier Management and a good understanding of supporting tools, such as R/3, Supplier Portal and Business Warehouse.We believe you hold a BSc.in engineering and/or MBA and you are proficient in both written and spoken English.
