Global Process Owner Workforce Administration

Sandvik is undergoing a major HR transformation in order to provide the best possible HR support to all managers and employees regardless organizational belonging or geography.This includes introduction of standardized processes, outsourced information, a common HR information system as well as the introduction of new HR roles.This change is now implemented fully in six countries covering 26 000 employees. In order to fully utilize the potential in the processes and system Sandvik is now looking for a new Global Process Owner for Workforce Administration.You will have a strategically important role in the continued development of Sandvik HR.Key Performance areas .Ensure alignment of business needs with development of HR processes and systems..Develop, approve and publish global WA processes..Develop a Business Intelligence solution that enables effective business analysis and strategic planning..Monitoring of established Key Performance Indicators for Sandvik HR..Own and develop strategy for foundation and organizational data in our HRIS (PeopleSoft)..Coordinate and ensure compliance with data protection & privacy regulations.You will report to Group Vice President HR and have close cooperation with the business areas to ensure that all demands on strategic HR information are fulfilled.Each business area within Sandvik has an appointed Global Process Owner and they are your core team together with representatives from country organizations and Sandviks HR/IT organization.Your profile As a successful candidate you: .Have a great understanding of how Workforce Administration can contribute to the success of the business..Combine a strategic focus with interest in details, and the ability to deliver..Have experience from a multinational business..Have strong leadership skills, ability to work through others and capacity to operate and make an impact in a global matrix organization..Have strong communication skills and enjoy meeting the customers in the business..Are expected to travel 30-50 days a year.
