The Global Product Management department is responsible for the commercial drive of the spare parts aftermarket. Sales arguments and features and benefits are developed in order to increase sales and to support our regions and dealers in their sales processes. We are looking for a qualified person with a combined interest for marketing and engineering to be able to develop our business in Engine and Engine Auxiliary System. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that all engines that are sold in the aftermarket follow legal regulations Create a long term competitive aftermarket strategy for the engine product range Create and improve processes for engines and EAS, that provides the ability to capture existing and future business opportunities Ensure that aftermarket requirements are respected in engine and EAS projects Support our regions with product knowledge and marketing skills to increase sales Actively work with engineering departments to ensure alignment with the aftermarket product range QUALIFICATIONS: We search a person that likes to work in a changing multicultural environment with the combination of marketing and engineering. This person should also be comfortable to work with different assignments that are a mixture of both detailed and overall nature. Our organization is result and target oriented. You must like to work alone as well as in project teams and be able to handle different tasks in parallel and manage a broad contact network. Technical interest in combination with commercial attitude Profound theoretical and/or practical working experience with engines, preferably university degree education Experience in working with deliverables in multiple projects at the same time Visionary and process oriented Strong drive combined with excellent social skills Working experience within marketing & sales area Excellent knowledge in both spoken and written English
