We are now looking for a Global Product Manager for Intelligent & Digital Manufacturing, to be located in Sandviken.

Key performance areas
As Global Product Manager for Intelligent & Digital Manufacturing you ensure the building of a market position for new software/products by identifying, analyzing and developing business opportunities. Equally important is the responsibility to ensure that the Life Cycle Management process is in place and working for appointed software/products. You identify customer demands and requirements for new software functionality by researching the customer value chain and remain updated on industrial trends. You define and maintain the business plan for assigned software/products, including business-case market strategies, pricing and strategic partner relations. Additionally, you initiate new development projects, by maintaining a roadmap for selected software/products, and approve developed solutions delivered from projects.

This position requires frequent traveling.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a relevant degree and senior experience within business development. You have solid leadership abilities and good knowledge of the Sandvik Coromant product assortment. Software business development knowledge and experience from project management within Software development, preferably as a project manager, are considered advantageous. Also, excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal, are prerequisite.
