We are looking for a Global Product Manager to join our experienced Biacore product management team. Do you want to shape the future of label-free interaction analysis? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Take responsibility for the life-cycle management of Biacore surface plasmon resonance (SPR) consumables
Be accountable for the designated range of products and ensure that they meet customer expectations on functionality, quality, and product supply
Collect voice of customer inputs, competitor’s intelligence, and market trends to contribute to the business roadmap and product development
Build business cases, financial models and work closely with R&D in exploring product ideas, defining product concepts, and launch competitive products that solve unmet customer needs
Define and bring to market new products in line with the overall business strategy
Ensure product success by defining and executing successful launch and post-launch activities including the delivery of launch and training material
Represent Cytiva, Biacore, and your products in customer labs, conferences, and marketing events worldwide
Establish and manage a broad network of internal and external collaborations



Who you are
Minimum of a Master’s degree or an equivalent in chemistry, biochemistry or related field required. Ph.D. preferred
3+ years of experience in Product management and/or strong technical expertise in surface plasmon resonance instrumentation or applications preferred
Self-motivated and results oriented collaborator, comfortable with managing uncertainty
Enjoys motivating and helping a diverse and geographically dispersed team
Experience in drug discovery or drug development
Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English) and ability to handle a large number of internal and external collaborating partners through remote or in-person interactions globally

For the right person, the location for this position is flexible, but due to time zone differences within our team, EMEA is preferred.
