We are looking for a Product Manager for our Ready to Process Columns. Do you have a good knowledge of the manufacturing of biologics as well as strong understanding of chromatography (FPLC) and purification of biomolecules? Then we would love to hear from you!
What you’ll do
Strategic planning and tactical execution of future bioprocess chromatography solutions in the field of ReadyToProcess™ pre-packed columns including capacity expansion
Owning and driving the successful market implementation of current ReadyToProcess™ columns in the market tightly cooperating with commercial and marketing teams.
Develop a solid understanding of future customer needs, linking them to future product developments
Product life-cycle management of product portfolio (incl identification of any gaps or improvements needed i.e. product offering, market support, application training etc.)
Be an active team member in a highly engaged Product Management team that supports each other to handle short and long term opportunities

Who you are
Business & customer oriented individual with high energy and curiosity
Solid understanding of the manufacturing of biologics (antibodies and advanced therapies)
Good understanding of chromatography (FPLC) and purification of biomolecules
Innovative and strategic attitude able to challenge the status-quo
Strong leadership and desire to drive cross functional teams towards joint successes
Experienced in setting business focused priorities and building road maps
Capable of handling multiple activities in parallel and find balance between good and great enough depending on the task and opportunity
