About us
The Business Unit Parenteral Nutrition, Keto-Analogues & Standard I.V. Fluids manages the global product portfolio from initial idea to finished product. The project management department within the Business Unit is responsible for the entire project portfolio and involved from early concepts of new products until market launch. We have the central role of managing product development projects by bringing experts of different departments together and leading teams in line with the overall strategy.
We are looking for a highly motivated graduate student to join our team and to support project leaders in various exciting projects such as new product development, life cycle management projects (e.g., global artwork strategies), technology transfers and global rollouts. This advanced internship allows you to build up a sustainable international network and demonstrate your generalist mindset. You will be mentored by a project manager who will support you to develop required skills to apply for various entry roles after graduation.
Main tasks
Support project work in portfolio projects such as new product developments, life cycle management and portfolio internationalization
Contribute ideas pro-actively for strategic initiatives
Organizational preparation, execution and follow-up of workshops and project/management team meetings
Creation of project-relevant information presentations
Continuous development of internal project management tools and templates
Support the maintenance of financial project steering
Maintain and extend project SharePoint platforms
Contribute in improving/developing PMO processes
About you
Enrolled student in advanced full-time course (graduate/master’s level) in medical sciences, natural sciences, engineering, business/economics or similar
Very good Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
Excellent English skills spoken and written; Swedish and/or German are of advantage
Independent, structured and team-oriented working spirit
Being self-driven and high engagement and flexibility
Strong social and communication skills as well as an analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking
Willingness to collaborate with multicultural and interdisciplinary colleagues
Creativity and high interest in project/portfolio management
As this is an advanced internship, potential candidates should have at least 6 months of experience from previous internships, preferably within pharmaceutical sector
Application
This is a temporary student internship for 6 months – ideally starting in January 2021. This internship is office based; located in Uppsala Business Park.
The internship is a part-time, paid on hourly rate and can be compliant with internship courses at university to receive credits.
