BU Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (GPHE) is looking for a Global Sales Manager

About the job

Our ambition is to grow GPHE new sales business substantially. We see our next generation product range together with Industry & Application know-how as the key differentiators to create a superior customer experience. Your main responsibilities include:
* Lead the Global sales GPHE organization and deliver profitable growth across Alfa Laval.
* Secure development and management of a team of central sales.
* Manage and support global key accounts & EPC companies.
* Develop competence of global sales team including Industry & Application knowledge.
* Participate in shaping the future growth for our business unit through strategy development & implementation and relevant change initiatives.
* Develop strong cooperation with other teams internally.

The team consists of 8 experienced direct reports working in our sites in Lund, Søborg, and Toronto. Some travelling is expected. The position reports to the Vice President, Head of BU GPHE Process sales and will be based in Lund.

You will have many interactions within and outside the BU to deliver on our improvement agenda and should be good at networking and influencing by being confident in your direct as well as indirect leadership. Last but not least you prioritize sustainability goals including focus on both energy efficiency in existing energy markets and opportunities in emerging new energy markets

Ideally you have a background from an international environment and a master’s degree in engineering or similar educational background. You will work in an environment where you need to be creative and embrace change with an ability to achieve results in a matrix.
