About the job

Business Unit HSS is responsible for the sale of high speed separator (HSS) systems to the Food, Natural Rescources & Life Science markets. In this role, you work on a global basis and support our sales companies with product and application expertise. You perform joint customer visits with the local sales teams, provide technical expertise, and manage the sales process from opportunity to order closure.



The position is located in Tumba and requires regular traveling, around 70 – 100 days per year.

Action! Curiosity, drive and a customer oriented mentality are a prerequisite for this position. The market is constantly changing and you adapt accordingly. Prompt action to address quotation requests, special customer needs, or challenges are vital to secure our leading position in the market.

Interaction! You are our customers’ voice centrally and a reliable support to local sales teams. You interact comfortably on all levels of an organization both internally and externally. You respond to customer needs with technical solutions and implement strategies to achieve growth targets. Knowledge-sharing is vital to secure the best possible quality in our offering.

Satisfaction! You deliver on time and strive to exceed expectations. You develop yourself, Alfa Laval’s offering and business to continuously add value to our customers.



Who you are?
We are looking for a person with a strong commercial and technical interest. Most of our customers are engineers with deep and broad technical knowledge and experience from automation and/or process engineering is highly desired in combination with “hands-on” technical experience. You have analytical skills and a creative mind. You take own initiatives and motivate others and you are honest and have a positive approach. You have a Master or Bachelor degree in business or engineering.
