As our Global Segment Marketing Manager you take the lead in all merchandising, launch and internal promotion of Ascom enterprise segment. This to enable sales and I/O realization. We expect you to have a demonstrated experience in marketing, that has given you thorough understanding of standardized marketing persona (market insight background, buying persona, value propositions and key selling features).
This is a permanent position based in our office in Gothenburg, reporting to Head of Global Segment Marketing located in the US.
Responsibilities 
Develop and implement Global Segment Marketing strategy for Ascom´s Enterprise segment.
Create awareness, excitement and buy-in from Ascom direct and indirect channels.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the Global Product portfolio.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive offerings and work with colleagues to develop positioning strategies, to enable success of the segment marketing within each region.
May require 50 % travel to support global launch, customer and marketing activities.
You may also be responsible for company-level strategic initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications 
Five to ten years’ experience of non-healthcare Marketing and software marketing.
Experience working with marketing agency to develop marketing plans, messaging and customer-facing deliverables.
Experience in driving strategic marketing activities for complex business-to-business products and applications.
Experience in creating segment-specific based tools.
Excellent organization and business management skills such as; communication, presentation, motivation, persuasion and leadership.
Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate status updates.
Ability to cost-justify marketing programs with targeted results.
Further, we highly value if you have experience of pragmatic marketing.

Fluent in English, Swedish language skills is a plus.
