The mission of the Global Supply Hub is to manage all information flows related to Global supply and distribution setup of global parts from suppliers into the Supply Chain network. The Global Supply Hubs (GSHs) manage the replenishment of Global Parts from external suppliers within the region for RDCs located globally. The objective of the Global Supply Hub is to reduce the transport costs between different regions, optimize the supply/distribution flows and ensure supply at external suppliers.


Your mission
The mission of Global Supply Hub and Transportation Process Developer is to identify and create the most efficient processes for Global Supply Hubs that bring the best results, support with reports and KPI monitoring, continuous process improvement.

As Global Supply Hub and Transportation Process Developer you will provide training and guidance to GSH team members and monitoring process adherence. To support and manage projects related to process, systems and tools development along with maintain process documentation will also be part of the work. In this role you will Lead continuous process improvement activities and Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues. You will also do reports creation and KPI monitoring.

Additional responsibilities in this role:

* Identify and develop Global standard process for Global Supply Hub around: Assurance of supply
* Coordination of inbound volumes with suppliers
* Supplier performance development activities
* Optimization of supply flows from global suppliers into the supply chain network of the Epiroc



Your profile
To succed in this role, you should have great interpersonal and communications skills. You are a team player and your work is influenced by innovation, structure and a drive to deliver excellence.

We believe you have a degree supply chain, logistics, operations, or related area. You have experience in end-to-end supply chain management involving distribution, inventory management, and project management. Furthermore you have a strong understanding of KPIs, reports and across all modes of transportation for international transport.

Strong English communication skills both verbal and written is required. Additional language skills are meritorious.


Location & Travel
This position is based in Örebro or Fagersta, Sweden.
