We are looking for an open-minded and result-driven person who wants to build and lead our global technical team focused on electrification, on the way to shaping operational excellence for generations to come.

You will be a part of our Parts & Services Division organization and the global service operations team.

Your mission

As a Global Technical Manager Electrification, your mission will be to drive an international team which is focused on the technical support of Customer Centers and other stakeholders globally in regard to electrification in operations. You will be also responsible for the setup of a new structure in this segment together with all related functions. In this role, you will work closely with the whole organization.

The role reports to Global Operations Manager, Parts & Services Division.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a strong team player with solid organizational and communication skills. Knowledge in the area of electrification, service operations and technical service is required.

You are a communicative, efficient, highly motivated and driven person and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced work environment. You are a good communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels and functions and an ability to influence technical teams.

As this is a global role, fluency in English (spoken and written) is necessary.

Location and travel

The location for this role is flexible and can be based near any Epiroc office globally. Occasional travel would be required in this role.

The role can be performed in a hybrid way. It is a way of working that offers flexibility and allows for a better balance between work and private life, which also promotes well-being. The exact split between on-site and remote work is up to further agreement.
