OM TJÄNSTEN
Academic Work is on behalf of our client Goodbye Kansas looking for an Lead Office Manager. You will be working in an essential role where you are ultimately responsible for the company’s Front desk, which includes the responsibility for three receptionists. You will also be responsible for the physical working environment.

This is a consultant assignment. You will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Goodbye Kansas. The assignment is for six months to begin with, but for the right person the assignment is very likely to be extended.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As an Lead Office Manager, you will be working in a varying role where you are responsible for the Front desk. This includes working as a receptionist while you are also the responsible person for the other receptionists.

For example, you will:


* Be responsible for scheduling and coordination of the Front desk staff work tasks
* Run various projects, such as planning for After Works and other events
* Work the Front desk
* Office related purchases according to the budget
* Overall responsibility for the office, including welcoming visitors, answering the phone and ensuring that the office space is clean


For the right person there will be development opportunities within the company.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Are fluent in the English language, since this is the organization language


* Have previous work experience from working as a receptionist


It will be considered an additional qualification if you have previous experience from a managing role.
