Description and Responsibilities
As Graduate Software Engineer you will join our System Software group focused on enabling state of the art tank monitoring software for our customers. To further strengthen our organization, we are looking for a curious person with a genuine interest in technology and strong interpersonal skills.
Assignments and challenges will vary throughout time and you will be given a wide range of possibilities to grow in many different fields depending on personal interests as well as company needs. In this position you will work with our new software that is at the front edge of the market. You will join from the early stages of the project and be able to follow the product all the way from idea to market launch.
As a software engineer, your responsibilities will include; analyzing customer and product requirements, creating software design and implementing the software with corresponding test automation. Furthermore, your daily work will include collaborating with other team members on daily tasks, following the scrum process. You will analyze quantitative and qualitative data of different sorts. Continuous improvement of work processes, tools, methods, and infrastructure relevant for the software development team as well as the company is also included in this role.

Requirements
Our New Grad Program welcomes you who recently graduated or have a maximum of one year work experience.
For this position we expect that you have a master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent expertise. Further on. You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferable also strong in Swedish.
In this role, we think you would thrive from having an interest in user experience and usability, as well as some front-end development. If you have experience from internships within this area, that is an advantage. We do not expect that you are an expert in all areas, but it is important that you are eager to learn.
We put a lot of value in that you are a good fit for the team. You thrive in an innovative environment, have a curious mindset, and grow from finding solutions to problems in your work. You are a communicative person that easily builds new professional relationships and have a well-structured mind.
