As Graduate Software Test Engineer you will join our Engineering System Software team and focus on the verification of Software products, to fulfill the set requirements. This means that you will learn and work on requirement analysis, create manual and automated test cases. Also you will take part to set up test environments and perform tests.
Together with your team you will develop test strategies, test methods, test environments and test automation.
You will also work in a Scrum environment together with Scrum Product Owners, System Architects, Software architects and Software developers, where you will be involved in development from early technical prototyping until customer launch.

Requirements
Our New Grad Program welcomes you who recently graduated or have a maximum of one year work experience.
We are looking for you with a genuine interest in software, and specifically testing. In addition to this, we also expect that you:
• Have a master’s degree in IT or Computer science engineering.
• Have a good ability to understand technical documentation and requirements, creatively plan, trouble shoot in software environments as well as to document and present the results.
• Are proficient in written and spoken English.
It would be good if you have any internship done in software development using some programming language (e.g. C#, Java, Python) or have an exposure to test automation using Selenium.
Our products consist of electronic devices as well as software components in standard Windows environment, and you therefore need to do some hands-on test equipment setup.
It is a merit if you have understanding on test automation environments e.g. Selenium, Cucumber, and CI/CD environments e.g. Azure DevOps/Jenkins/Jira
