Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Grafana Support Consultant to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system architecture and design effective monitoring solutions using Grafana.
Configure and customize Grafana dashboards to visualize system metrics, performance, and health status.
Monitor real-time data, alert systems for anomalies, and proactively address potential issues.
Analyze and interpret data trends to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
Work closely with system administrators, developers, and stakeholders to gather monitoring requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data collection, visualization, and dashboard performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Grafana features, updates, and best practices to propose and implement innovative solutions.
Participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team members’ understanding of Grafana and monitoring concepts.
Collaborate on continuous improvement efforts to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our monitoring capabilities.
Maintain documentation of monitoring configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

What you bring:
Proficiency in Grafana and its various components, including data sources, panels, and alerting.
Experience designing and customizing dashboards for visualizing system metrics and performance data.
Strong understanding of open-source monitoring concepts and best practices.
Knowledge of data collection methods, protocols, and data storage solutions.
Ability to identify and configure relevant data sources to integrate with Grafana.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret metrics and trends effectively.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to grasp complex system structures.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
