Do you want to be part of a fast growing international company?Artificial Solutions is a leading international company offering Customer Service Optimization solutions.We help companies and organizations to reduce their cost for customer service while at the same time improving customer satisfaction.Our solutions enable automatic and semiautomatic service in natural language through channels such as web, telephone and e-mail.We are 120 employees and have offices in central Barcelona, Stockholm, Hamburg, Copenhagen, Madrid, Milan, London, Ljubljana and Paris.Our clients include IKEA, DKV, SAS, SFR (Vodafone France), TELE2, the Swedish Tax Agency, Telenor and E.ON.We are currently looking for one new Graphic Manager who has a feel for new technologies, customer interaction, multilingual services and team management to work at our headquarters Barcelona office. A challengeable and broad role!As a Graphic Manager you will be the responsible for the graphic components our CSO Suite inside the Virtual Dialogue Agents Team, coordinating efforts internally and managing the relationship with external providers and partners.You will be involved in all the project life cycle: graphic components scoping and objectives setting, analysis, validation, documentation, reporting and follow up.You will also work as a consultant, helping/recommending solutions that are in the best interest of our client's business, assisting our local and global Sales Teams in their presales tasks, actions and efforts, with prospect projects analysis and proposals.You should be meticulous, structured and feel at home in a continuously changing international working atmosphere, as you are: - An autonomous person who likes working in teams.- Able of building strong relations to clients, partners and external providers.- With a technology/software development background, previous work as developer will be a plus, that will allow to undertake small and simple development assignments.- Business oriented, proactive, communicative and adaptable.- Used to control and supervise projects executed by partners and providers.- Understanding customer needs and gathering service/product requirements and organize them for product development roapmap.- Work closely and effectively with technical team. - Knowledge transfer to commercial group and marketing communication areas - Develop service/product collaterals and pricing models in collaboration with partners, to support sales and marketing activities Today You are nowadays working as a Consultant or Partners Coordinator, preferably in international projects, with at least 2 years of experience.Experience with natural language understanding would be very valuable.As you will work in an international environment, spoken and written English is a must, in addition to one or two of the following languages, as per the office post for which we are recruiting: Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, French and Italian.Take the next step, and contact Artificial Solutions!Be quick as we hire on short notice.
