Graphic/Web Designer

Responsibilities & Requirements for the Graphic/Web Designer role: * Create 20 weekly newsletters * Given campaign results, decide marketing strategy for the newsletters * Creatively design newsletters to fit target market groups (ages 19-26 & 30+) * Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (experience in Flash is a plus) * Viral web campaigns expert * Deep understanding of creating newsletters * Good knowledge of Web2.0 * Up to 5 years of relevant work experience maximum * Creative & team oriented person who can multi task and grow into this role
