Hardrock café is an American chain restaurant located in the heart of avenyn in Gothenburg.
We are currently looking for a skilled grill chef who will be able to grill burgers in different temperatures , rare , medium rare etc , steaks and different kind of meat
Responsibilities include:
• Grilling burgers , steaks ,etc
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a cook.
• Must have good grill skills.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work under stress and pressure.
• Very good communication skills.
• Must be willing to learn.
