Your job – ensure a reliable and accurate financial partnership to our business
In this position, you are a member of our Group Business Control function – supporting our CFO, Executive Management, Board of Directors and other key stakeholders with efficient, reliable and proactive financial support and analysis. A key focus area in your work is performance management, and you take an active part in decisions affecting the targets set for our business: making numbers talk by communicating relevant financial analysis and clarifying the financial implications of possible business decisions. You work with all our Business Areas as you ensure cohesiveness across our financial community.
Additionally, you engage in several improvement initiatives within Group Control and you produce and deliver specific sections of our Group Annual Report. You also work to ensure that we are compliant with all relevant internal and external rules and regulations, both locally and on a consolidated level.
Your character – a driven finance professional with great networking skills
We are looking for someone with a Masters’ in Finance or Business Administration, combined with at least five years’ working experience - preferably from a larger accounting firm or a global company. You are comfortable providing financial advice to senior management and have the ability to create successful networks with our stakeholders. We are a global business, which calls for fluency in English, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.
Your personality contributes to our success! You have a natural talent for analyzing financial data and translating this into strategic business advantages. Keeping one ear to the ground, while still grasping the bigger picture is an important feature of your character, and you are self-motivated and result-driven. To interact in diverse and cross-cultural environments excites you, and you use your good communication skills to influence and create great collaborations.
