About the position

As Group Business Controller for Holm Security, you have a central role in contributing to the business area's continued development. You will be highly involved in the work of driving growth and profitability. You will work with everything from portfolio analyzes to business cases in parallel with supporting the operational activities in financial follow-up and analysis. You work close to business as both support and setter of requirements in financial matters linked to efficiency and growth.

In addition to a close collaboration with all functions, you have several other contact points, and you will work with some key projects linked to business development. The role is very broad and close to business. You are expected to be involved in both strategic -and operational business decisions. The role reports to the CFO.

The responsibilities for the Group Business Controller include:

- Analysis of results and follow-up of goals linked to the business plan.

- Budget and forecast work.

- Operate and participate in various projects to develop and streamline the business as well as ensure the implementation of processes and routines.

- Ad-hoc analyses and projects to support managers and other functions within the business.

- Board reporting

Experience, skills & characteristics

We are looking for you who have a curious mindset and are eager to learn. You are constantly looking for possibilities to develop new and more efficient working methods. You enjoy working strategically with developing our business as well as working hands-on with analyzing numbers. You have 2-5 years of relevant work experience and are ready for the next step in your career.

To be successful in this role we see that you have:

- Have a degree in business, economy, finance or equivalent area.

- Have strong analytical skills and the ability to turn your analysis into actions.

- Good communication skills.

- Fluent in English, both written and verbally.

- Good skills in Microsoft Excel

Terms

The role is full-time. Start date in agreement with CFO.

Language requirements
