You have 5+ years with increased responsibility in relevant business steering or finance related field and previous experience in business performance management, corporate finance and/or financial management, preferably in a multinational organization. You have the ability to communicate confidently in English (both spoken and written) and have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business / Finance / Economics or a related field.
You have a good knowledge of project management processes, including methods and tools and how to integrate them. You also have a good understanding of data science, new technologies, analytics and their wide ranging application in business context. You get energized by increasing customer value, driving business growth and contributing to overall success and results through people.
As a person you are flexible, multi-task, fast learner and pro-active, comfortable handling unclear or unpredictable situations; you can work under pressure, meet required deadlines and know how to prioritise your work. In other words, you are a passionate and hands on professional with a strong sense of urgency and a solution focused approach; you know how to structure information intake, absorb new knowledge and apply it the right way in a dynamic and complex work environment. Group Finance & Global Business Operations enables business transformation and secures Ingka Group long term profitable growth and independence through financial steering and decision support, operational excellence and compliance. Within Group Finance, Group Business Navigation’s mission is to identify and evaluate business opportunities, to enable Ingka to make optimum decisions, by initiating and supporting the development of new improved ways of working.
The Group Business Navigation Analyst is a member of one of the functional areas within Group Business Navigation, working together with Group Business Navigators and BN Business Partners, contributing to the development of the functional agenda across Ingka.
More specifically, this means you will:
• Prepare and distribute analyses, insights and recommendations related to Ingka business performance, investment plans, financial position and risks as assigned.
• Maintain, coordinate and produce assigned financial plans, budgets and forecasts; further develop parts of the business performance management framework; maintain and develop investment plans and connected tools, processes and working methods.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new ways of steering and measuring the business.
• Support the operations and development of an assigned functional area within Group Business Navigation, developing and implementing relevant business steering principles, policies, frameworks and tools.
• Contribute to business performance management and financial decision support of Group and Service Functions as assigned.
• Support the implementation of Ingka Financial Strategy, planning, resource allocation and performance management.
