The Kwintet Group is the leading European supplier of professional work wear.We offer a wide range of products that fulfil our customers' requirements of comfort, protection, functionality and specific corporate appearance.The leading brands of the Group are Fristads, Kansas, Wenaas, B&C, A-code, KLM, Hejco, Simon-Jersey, Lafont and Bragard.The Group has an annual turnover of more than 700mEUR, has approximately 4,000 employees, operates in more than 24 countries, and owns five manufacturing facilities.End of 2005, the Group was acquired by the European private equity firm IK Investment Partner.This is the perfect position for a competent controller who is prepared for adventure!If you have the skills and experience as a controller or auditor, want to work in an inspiring successful business, and are able to travel around the world, you could be the one Kwintet is looking for!Description The main purposes of the job are to support strategic goals by ensuring adequate reporting and business processes in Group entities, mainly at remote locations.The person should also cooperate with and support local finance departments in Group entities in daily operations.Responsibilities - Analysis of systems and processes at group locations (you will most of the time be on the move and travel) - Building best practice at local entities via re-designing financial workflow and processes - Closing process and accurate accounting procedures - Coordinate and analyse financial information - Responsibility for quality of reporting from assigned entities - Track savings, sales, cash flow and other result areas identified - Assist in projects related to merge and acquisitions - Involvement in performance structure and report related projects - Monthly sales and monthly (full) reporting with comments - Forecasting process Requirements Degree in business administration or other relevant education and minimum 5 year's audit and/or business controlling experience in an international environment / reporting structure, is required.You must have experience from developing and executing changes in financial workflow and processes.It is essential that you have high communication skills in English, both oral and written and are able to manage parallel work stream within given time frames.As a person you must have a driving force, be able to build and maintain relationships, and at the same time be tenacious.You should be inspired by problem solving analysis and have a cross functional awareness.It is also of great importance that you are communicative and are able to gather information in an efficient and durable way.Application Kwintet cooperate with SJR in Scandinavia AB in this recruitment.You are welcome to register your application at www.sjr.se.Apply with your CV and cover letter in English at the earliest opportunity.Continuous selection- and interview process is applied.
