As a Group Financial Controller, you'll act as a sparring partner for our CFO, working closely with colleagues in the finance team and other stakeholders within the company. You’ll take on a broad role with responsibilities including:
Responsible for the Swedish Filial, including supporting companies in Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, India, Hong Kong, China, and Pakistan.
Project optimization and further development of Microsoft Business Central and Power BI.
Responsible for developing our Supply Chain System (WRP).
Monthly group reporting.
Economic follow-up and KPI tracking.
Development and maintenance of Excel/Business Intelligence reports for the sales department.
Participation in budgeting and forecasting.
Responsible for establishing operations in Sweden, including setting up an office in Malmö/Skåne.

There are several paths to this role
We are looking for the following:
A masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields (Cand.Merc., Cand.Oecon., MBA, or similar).
At least 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A or operations finance.
Experience with Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics NAV (Navision) is a requirement.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is mandatory.
Fluency in one of the Nordic languages and English, written and spoken, at a professional level.
Experience in developing supply chain systems.
Experience in coding (Kali Linux & VBA)

Work Arrangement
This role is based in Sweden and offers fully remote or hybrid work options.
Travel is expected to be: 10-15%.
