Group Financial Controller to G5 Entertainment AB

G5 Entertainment AB is looking to fill the position of Group Financial Controller to be based at the Head office in Stockholm.
As the Group Financial Controller, your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

Management of Accounting department:
* Controlling the overall effectiveness of the department and the effectiveness of each employee in the department
* Controlling a headcount and costs of the department
* Developing processes for the department
* Overall responsibility for the department performance
* Supervising costs and effectiveness of external accountants

Running management accounting:
* Creation of management reports
* Updating management reports
* Running budgeting processes
* Creation of budget templates
* Support of budget responsible persons
* Consolidating Group budget
* Budget vs Outcome analysis
* Overall responsibility for the budgeting process

Participating in regular and ad-hoc audits:
* Providing external auditors with all necessary information and explanations
* Checking audit reports
* Implementing changes recommended by auditors
* Overseeing IFRS reporting
* Authorization of payments and approval of expense reports
* Development and implementation of procurement controlling processes
* Constant search for opportunities for the reduction of company's costs
* Consulting internal stakeholders on financial-related matters, internal processes etc.

Responsibilities of Group Financial Controller:
* Correctness and effectiveness of accounting
* Correctness and effectiveness of management accounting
* Correctness and effectiveness of budgeting
* Correctness and effectiveness of financial analysis

Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in finance management
* 5+ years of work experience in mobile gaming company
* Auditing experience
* Sound knowledge of IFRS
* Sound knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian national GAAPs
* Proficiency in accounting software: 1C, Fortnox, QuickBooks.
* Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian language both written and spoken
* Experience as a Chief Accountant in Ukraine is strongly desirable
* Possession of CIMA Advanced Diploma In Management Accounting and ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting will be an advantage
