Group Manager Field Engineering

Your Role

As first line Manager at Communications, you will lead a group of approximately 20 Design and Commission Engineers.

You will be responsible for personnel management, including competence supply, wage setting and work environment. You will lead the team's development when it comes to efficiency, quality and planning associated with the business systems and governing processes of the company.

As Group Manager, you will be part of the section and department management groups where your commitment will support the total view of the organization and business. You will work and cooperate with the other manages to reach the organization's goals.



Your Profile

We are looking for a manager with a passion for leadership, someone who can create opportunities for coworkers to develop their skills, perform well and stay healthy. You must have prior and verifiable experience from management roles.

As Group Manager, you will work with efficiency, control and quality. Change management is important for us, for developing the team, section and the department.

We are looking for someone who wants to energize and motivate the team with a sense of cooperation and communication as guiding stars.

You have the relevant university degree for the role or equivalent education and experience. You have good writing and speaking skills in both Swedish and English. B driving license is a requirement.

This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
