Future challenges in the areas of automation, electrification as well as sustainability are keeping us busy, just as securing high quality solutions to existing product in the market. As part of our Technology Stream, we are working globally, and with our colleagues from purchasing, manufacturing and aftermarket we deliver solutions to all truck brands of Volvo Group.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have the following qualification and experience :-
* You are holding a University/Bachelor/Master’s degree in engineering.
* You have a proven experience within mechatronics engineering and software development within the automotive environments. 
* You are experienced in agile ways of working. 
* You have managerial experience from line or project management. 


What’s in it for you?

We are looking for a group manager to our team of highly skilled engineers with global ownership of electric vehicle air compressors (EVAC) as well as engineers working as eipc owners (technical project managers) and functional safety experts. The team is responsible of the mechatronic solutions, hardware as well as software for EVAC in all truck brands and segments. With your team, you will have cradle to grave responsibility for your systems and components. Supplier management is a natural part of the daily work. We need you to play an active role in shaping our Global Technology Area of Vehicle Dynamics to be ready for the opportunities and challenges of the future, especially in the area of function- and software development.
