Group Master Planner

Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for the global supply, demand and capacity planning, within Ymer Group. You will drive process improvement and standardization to create and maintain a world class Sales & Operational Planning process with high efficiency and consistently high performance in on time delivery and inventory turns.
You will contribute to the performance across all production/assembly sites and affect delivery performance as well as working capital.

Examples of main tasks to carry out:


Assure efficient medium- and long-term planning and inventory management within the Ymer Group
Lead S&OP (Sales & Operational planning) work, both in terms of process as well as hosting group S&OP meeting
Drive process improvement and implement best practices across the Ymer group within Value chain management, with focus on capacity planning linked to customer demand planning
Implement and drive the S&OP process, which means collect and summarize needs for material and capacity in close cooperation with sales and production. Summarize the situation, drive actions where needed and highlight areas of concern
Identify, develop, and document best practices within Capacity/demand planning and implement across the Ymer Group including identifying digital tools that will help automate processes to create scalability.
Lead and support various projects relating to Value chain.








Working hours
The position is full-time and permanent. You will work Monday to Friday office hours with the opportunity to work remotely. Otherwise, you are welcome to spend your time in the office located in Stockholm.



Qualifications
 We believe you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equal, in finance, IT or engineering. You have advanced knowledge in ERP and MRP system as well as Microsoft Excel. You have experience of leading Sales & Operation planning work and are skilled in inventory management.


Fluent in English both written and spoken
Advanced in excel and strong analytical skills
Documented experience leading Sales & Operation planning work
Skilled in inventory management
Strong in communication and able to handle several parallel tasks
Takes initiative, demonstrates strong drive and takes ownership
Able to work independently towards set targets
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to drive process improvement in a matrix organization
