Qualifications
- Worked in a high growth startup for 1-2 years.
- Managed paid marketing budgets of 150K.
- Have a hack of a platform you did to achieve growth.
- Previous founder is preferred.
- Swedish speaking is a must. German is a bonus.
- Managed growth for a platform with +50K monthly users.
- Knows about PBNs and why they shouldn’t be used.


Outcomes
This is what we expect from you in the next 12 months.

- Find a hack that significantly increases our traffic- Find a new hack that increases our overall traffic by 20%


- Lead our growth efforts and increase our paid traffic- Grow paid traffic through Google Ads and Facebook Ads by 100% while keeping CAC the same or lower.


- Manage our online presence directly or through new colleagues- Grow traffic coming from our Facebook group and Instagram by 50%.


- Update and produce new content for our content marketing efforts - Grow organic traffic through content by 50%.
