This role is pivotal to the our company. Our Head of Growth Marketing is tasked with positioning our AppSuite and Web APIs top of mind in our target segment. It involves managing the conversion funnel from awareness in numerous marketing channels to on site leads to closed sales. The discipline lies between online sales and marketing, but will also include partnerships and good old ”hustling”. The objective of the role is to design and manage a formula and a machine for a successful and very fast growing online business.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of working with online sales and marketing of software/online services, preferably to clients where typical deal size ranges from $10K - $100K/year. Our preferred candidate is skilled and savvy in online demand generation techniques ranging from the basic SEA and SEO to more creative and ad hoc methods.

Stronger fit exists with those who have experience working with small-to-mid-sized companies. Ideally, your experience focuses on digital services. Experience from fast growing fintech, SaaS and or mobile based combanies is a plus. Experience selling & growing digital services including Demand Generation, SEO, Website Development, Desktop and Mobile Application Development, Graphic Designing, Paid Search and Display, Branding and Social Media Marketing would be the best fit.

We are looking for a talented and motivated superstar to promote our products with limited resources where creativity is a must.

Here's what your day will look like:
• Lead generation, using your sophisticated understanding of online demand generation, social media and various online technologies
• Continuous prospecting of clients, design and implement strategies to nurture leads and drive all stages of the customer decision making funnel.
• Support the Direct B2B sales team in finding prospects, contacting them
• Design, manage and optimize analytics and reporting on marketing spend, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, channel ROI etc
• Allocate and optimize marketing budgets where acquisition cost targets
• Organize and arrange partnerships and events
• Locate new business opportunities by communicating and visiting or cold calling or emailing with prospects and clients
• Research accounts to understand need, enable effective follow-up, and generate interest


Qualifications :
• Proven history of online sales and marketing with new account sales achievement
• Ability to demonstrate successful use of both main stream digital marketing practices as well as creative ”hacks”
• Have a minimum of 5 years of B2B sales or marketing experience in a SaaS, mobile or online service based business.
• Track record of building business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships
• Hold a relevant Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education
• Thorough command of English, both written and spoken.
