Growth Product Designer

Arbetsbeskrivning

Natural Cycles is an international team filled with smart and ambitious colleagues working remotely and from offices in New York, Stockholm, and Geneva. Our mission is to pioneer women’s health with research and passion by empowering every woman with the knowledge she needs to be in charge of her health.

We’re looking for a passionate, self-starting Designer for our Growth Product team to help us define how our users discover and connect with Natural Cycles. You’ll build beautiful and inspiring design experiences to help grow Natural Cycles user base.

By joining our team, you’ll get the opportunity to collaborate on a variety of growth-centered projects with a team of top product designers, product managers and engineers in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, hybrid (technology/operations) environment. You’ll work on big, strategic projects as well as short, iterative A/B tests where you’ll get to see the impact of your work right away.

Please note that our Growth team is based in Europe, we’re hiring for this role in Sweden and Switzerland.

What you will be doing

- You’ll be focusing primarily on our user acquisition journeys and thrive to keep a balance between business metrics and a user-centered product.

- You’ll work on projects from start to finish - sketching, mapping out user journeys, wireframing and creating polished visual mockups. Your main focus will be creating designs for A/B tests and new features on our website and acquisition funnels. Once test results are in, you’ll iterate and build on your work

- You’ll be working in a tight-knit agile team with a product manager, another designer, and software engineers on a day-to-day basis. You’ll often work with stakeholders from across the organization, from marketing to R&D.

- You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the team’s product roadmap, ideating ways to improve our acquisition flows on your own and with the team.

- You’ll also be a part of the Product Design team, collaborating with designers from across product teams at Natural Cycles. You’ll contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and brand, collaborate on strategic projects, and help build team processes

What skills and experience we think that you have

- You actively look at and propose design changes that bring growth opportunities, while being conscious of the business value the design work is bringing. You’re passionate about designing for growth and excited about quantitative data!

- You have a good understanding of the UX design process and can design beautiful interfaces, applying your knowledge of color, typography, layout, and other design principles

- You’re able to articulate and explain your ideas, can listen to and give feedback, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

- You might also have experience working with growth design, web design, agile methodology and developers, or quantitative testing (ex. A/B tests)

- While we're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience, we think finding someone who's interested in working with growth is more important. If you're outside of that range and growth is your thing, apply anyway!

How to apply

Apply by uploading/linking your portfolio and CV, as well as answering the questions in the application form. Please note that we do not accept any applications through email due to GDPR and only applications submitted through the career site (and in English) will be considered.

We know that diverse teams are strong teams, so we welcome those from different backgrounds and experiences and are committed committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and candidates.
