Let us describe the challenge we offer
In the position of an E-commerce Growth Manager, you will work with several teams across multiple functions (marketing, sales, CRO, site operations, Finance) to faciliate growth of our ecommerce / direct to consumer business. You will create analytical frameworks, facilitate OKR setting and performance monitoring, and piush the boundaries with both strategy and rigorous operational support to help the D2C channel scale
What you will do
You will manage and plan long range strategy, faciliate quarterly OKR setting, and weekly trading meetings. You will work closely with teams in both HQ and in the Five D2C markets to both set and implement strategies to efficiently and effectively increase ecommerce volumes, conversion, and reduce churn. You will handle stakeholders and explain complex matters. In close collaboration with specialists, you will make sure the research translates to business value.
Typical deliverables could be:
Facilitate quarterly OKR process
Create and update dashboards in line with business needs
Write strategic briefs and manage complex strategy projects related to ecommerce and D2C growth for Volvo Cars
Create performance reports for senior management including strategic implications

Qualifications
To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:
Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible work experience in a fast-paced environment supporting an executive or management team in complex x-functional strategy topics
Experience with theory and practice of OKRs
Strong Project management skills
Experience working with analytical tools (e.g. Excel PowerBI, Google Analytics, etc)
Education in a related field
Great English communication skills
