Gyproc AB är din partner inom lättbyggnadssystem för hållbart byggande. Gyproc AB i Bålsta, norr om Stockholm, utvecklar, tillverkar och marknadsför lättbyggnadssystem med gipsbaserade byggskivor till byggbranschen i Sverige. Lättbyggnadstekniken har tagit en allt större andel av byggandet år för år och Gyproc är ledande på marknaden inom lättbyggnadsteknik med gipsskivor. Tekniken omfattar byggsystem för mellanväggar, bjälklag, innertak och ytterväggar. Job:                                SALES DIRECTOR

THE ROLE AS SALES DIRECTOR
 
The key purpose is to lead, manage and coordinate all sales issues within Gyproc. This includes formulating sales strategies in alignment with Saint-Gobain strategies and objectives as well as to operatively lead, direct and coordinate all sales activities.
 
You will manage a sales department with 22 employees including 6 direct reports. You will increase efficiency within the sales organisation by using Saint-Gobain tools and methods from sales excellence initiatives. You will work in close relation with all type of customers and their leading officers among distribution contractors, prefab industry and building owners and architects. The responsibility includes establishing budget and forecasts.
 
You will also be responsible for the development of new concepts for systems, solutions and services for building sites and driving lean towards contractors and buildings sites in order to increase Saint-Gobain value proposition.
 
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
 
We believe that a successful candidate will have experience from a similar position. He or she has excellent communications skills and are able to communicate fluently in written and spoken Swedish and English. Furthermore you are a team player, comfortable leading and directing others with the ability to motivate, inspire and challenge your team to deliver consistent high results.
 
You have great social skills and the ability to actively listen and build relationships. You are engaged, enthusiastic and motivated by a dynamic environment and high work tempo.
 
In addition you will have:

* An academic background with a degree in a relevant subject
* A broad and deep understanding and experience from the building industry
* Experience from managerial positions and capability and knowledge of how to lead and develop a sales organisation.
* Strong analytical skills
* Experience from construction sites
* Experience from IT tools in building process, as BIM - VDC
* Experience from manufacturing industry and from working with lean principles is meriting
