Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Technical Delivery: Oversee the entire lifecycle of technical changes from initiation to completion, ensuring all technical deliveries meet timelines.
Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and stakeholder confidence.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Address technical challenges and obstacles promptly to keep project progress on track.
Performance Monitoring: Track delivery performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure projects are delivered on time.
