You will be employed as Maintenance Manager. Your maintenance responsibility will include, and is not limited to fixing, carpeting, light build work, painting, and general maintenance around the property. Your position requires flexibility in your overall job descriptions.
The job is very hands-on and as mentioned earlier, being flexible is important.
