Position: Hard & Software CSR
Our client is a European Contact Centre, specialised in outsourced CRM-services to leading technology companies. They provide support to companies that would like to outsource their technical helpdesk or customer service function. Their service portfolio varies from marketing & sales support, logistics and fulfilment to technical helpdesk support and customer service. Our client list includes leading producers of amongst others notebooks, network servers, pc's, firewalls, software, multimedia- and connectivity products. The company has successfully provided support in 11 languages to 16 European countries for the past 10 years. Every year since their founding, they have demonstrated a constant growth as well as a track record of success in technical support and Customer Care Implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role you will be providing technical support for different hardware and software projects.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows)
Good knowledge of software and hardware
Good knowledge of programming, databases, web etc.
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good command of English & Swedish language
Any other major European language is a plus
Team player
Stress resistant
Customer oriented attitude
Analytical and accurate
Location: the Utrecht area.
