Responsibilities
Driving the end-to-end hardware management and lifecycle process, from procurement through to secure disposal.
Maintaining a precise and up-to-date inventory of all hardware assets, including computers, phones, and peripherals.
Monitoring and resolving support cases related to hardware issues to ensure minimal downtime for users.
Leading the procurement and ordering process for new hardware based on organizational needs.
Collaborating closely with end users and IT teams to predict hardware requirements and ensure technology aligns with user needs.
Creating and managing the annual hardware budget, including consistent follow-up on expenditures.
Empowering 1st and 2nd line support teams by providing advanced troubleshooting education in hardware-related areas. 


Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should possess a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for solving technical challenges while maintaining a clear overview of complex inventory systems.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Proven experience in supporting IT client hardware and peripherals.
Experience in managing relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools.
Hands-on experience with basic maintenance and setup of computers and mobile device management in Intune.
Demonstrated proficiency in using collaboration and tracking tools such as Jira or Azure Boards.
Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
Experience working within an Agile methodology.
Knowledge of budget management and financial tracking for hardware assets.
