We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hardware Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design and development of hardware components, particularly within the automotive or transportation industry. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, supplier management, and ensuring compliance with industry safety standards. The engineer will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of hardware projects, from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize hardware components, ensuring integration with electrical and software systems.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software and electrical engineering, to ensure the seamless development of products.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry safety standards, including ISO 26262 (functional safety) and other high-voltage safety regulations.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables using processes such as APQP.
Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of hardware systems.
Employ a structured and methodical approach to manage and deliver complex engineering tasks efficiently and with high quality.

Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of five years' experience in hardware development, preferably in the automotive, transportation, or related industries.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of hardware and electrical systems design and integration.
Familiarity with industry standards, such as ISO 26262 and high-voltage safety requirements.
Proven experience in working with complex hardware components and systems.
Additional Skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and apply structured development processes such as APQP.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured approach to complex technical challenges.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with automotive industry processes and practices is a plus.
