Hardware Manager

Hardware Manager

Arbetsbeskrivning

Lead innovation where technology takes shape.
At Coretura, we’re building something extraordinary — and to continue that journey, we’re now looking for a Hardware Manager who brings not only deep technical understanding, but a genuine passion for leading people and developing strong, resilient teams.
This is the role for an experienced leader who has led leaders, and who thrives on getting close enough to the business to understand where the real challenges lie — and how to turn them into opportunities. You know that exceptional hardware solutions start with aligned teams, clear ownership, and a culture where people feel empowered to perform at their best.
As our Hardware Manager, you will sit at the strategic intersection of engineering, product development, and customer collaboration. You will take ownership of how our hardware solutions evolve, scale, and perform globally, while ensuring your teams have the clarity, structure, and support needed to deliver world‑class results.
In short: we’re looking for a leader who wants to build an organization — not just products.
If you’re energized by guiding leaders, shaping technology direction, and being part of a company where your impact is both visible and lasting, then this is a role where you will thrive.

About the role
As Hardware Manager, you will lead a growing team of hardware engineers and play a key role in shaping our technical direction.  You will follow the development work closely, support the team in technical decisionmaking, and ensure that our solutions meet the high expectations from both our customers and internalstakeholders.
A central part of the role is also to collaborate directly with our customers — gathering insights, facilitating workshops, discussing technical challenges and ensuring that information flowsclearly between all parties. You will act as the technical voice in customer meetings and represent Coretura in global dialogues.
This is a handsoff leadership role with a deep technical pulse.

Who you are
We believe you are a person with a natural leadership style and a strong technical backbone. You enjoy helping teams grow, you bring structure in complexity, and you take responsibility for both people and product. You are as comfortable discussing hardware architecture with engineers as you are presenting technical concepts to customers.

You likely have:

Experience from a hardware, mechatronics or product development environment

Strong leadership abilities

Experience working with global stakeholders or customers

Technical understanding of hardware development processes

Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complexity

At Coretura, you’ll join a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment where your work has real impact. You’ll be part of a team that values transparency, curiosity and ownership, and you’llhave the opportunity to shape how we build our hardware function for the future.
