Hardware Responsible

As a Hardware Responsible, your primary duties will include the development, functionality verification, and validation of electronic hardware components. You will work within a cross-functional team, where quality and continuous improvement are the main focuses. You will coordinate and manage communication with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.


A significant part of your responsibilities involves collaborating with suppliers, conducting hardware joint reviews, and ensuring that technical requirements are met. You will also be responsible for reviewing supplier documentation, such as technical regulations, electrical performance reports, DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and WCCA (Worst Case Circuit Analysis). Additionally, you will work closely with the internal project team, aligning with the project leader to guarantee timely delivery of components with the required quality.


In this role, your understanding of electronics, PCB design, sensors, motors, and connectors will be essential, along with your ability to navigate verification and validation cycles associated with these components. Your organizational skills and ability to work in a structured, analytical manner will help ensure that project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.
