OHB Sweden is a leading Swedish supplier of space systems. We develop, build, test and commission satellites and subsystems for a wide range of missions - including communications, Earth observation, and space research and exploration - serving both institutional and commercial customers within and outside. Europe.
We'll start the recruitment process in January, but please feel free to apply before then.
Your Task will include, but not limited to:

Satellite and EGSE Electrical harness engineering and design, 


Subsystem level activities such as requirements specifications, unit selection and configuration, technical budgets maintenance, etc.


Technical Officer role and support to Procurement for Satellite or EGSE harness,


Support to system level design activities (Electrical and power architecture, CAD, EMC, AIT).


Participation in system level and subsystem level reviews (PDR, CDR, MRR),


Support to AIT phases.



Required Qualifications:

Master Level degree in Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering,


 >3-year experience in space, air or terrestrial vehicle harnessing design,


Experience in part stress analysis, and parasitic effect analysis,


Familiarity in signal integrity and impedance matching,


Familiarity with harness manufacturing and integration,


Familiarity in EMC and grounding concepts,


Familiarity in satellite mechanical and thermal design,


Advantageous:

Familiarity in military connectors,


Familiarity with Zuken E3,


Ability to navigate ECSS standards,


Familiarity with RF measurements


Additional related certifications,


Fluent in English.

Travels will be required (3-4 trips per year, mostly in Continental Europe).
