Head Barista with internationell background

Savant Bar is hiring a new head barista with great knowledge about speciality coffee. We´re looking for a person that has at least 5 year experience in specialty coffee, from different part of the world. The person needs to have worked with different types of espresso machines, different kind of grinders for V60, filter and aero press. We want someone that has been trained in or by a nordic roastery to understand the full picture of coffee.
We need someone with great knowledge about diffrent family of coffee plants and beans, as well as a deep knowledge in serving and prepering coffee.
We need someone how has had this kind of job and responsibility before.
We need someone who have an interest in working with the nature in mind, and always strive to be enviromentally friendly.
We need someone fluent in english, as well as spanish and french, because we have a lot of foreign coffee guests.


The job includes ordering coffee from many different countries, sourcing the best beans and roasters at the time, setting up the bar for service, serving coffee, breakfast and lunch.


A big plus is knowledge and interest in natural wine, since we also serve a lot of wine.
