After many years of running our Dapper store in Grünerløkka in Oslo, we opened a combined bar and
store in October 2019. With the experiences gathered here, we have a desire to do even more - so we are
opening a new project in Oslobukta, located downtown in harborside Oslo. The new premises will also
house a bar and clothing store, but will have a stronger focus on food. A store, bar and bistro will open
in Operagata 36 in October 2021.
About the job:
We are currently hiring staff for a team to manage this new space. We already have some key positions
filled, but we are still searching for our head chef and kitchen staff. Our goal is to run a place that is
dynamic and develops over time, with quality as the key ingredient.
You are an ambitious, knowledgeable and creative chef who is willing to take on responsibility and be an
integral part of the team running this ambitious bistro in central Oslo. You are someone who is willing to
try new things and develop over time. You put an emphasis on vegetables in your menus, seasonality &
sustainability are important to you and reducing food waste is fundamental.
