För uppdragsgivares räkning söker Jobzone en "Head of Administration" med SAP-kunskaper till internationellt hälsoföretag!The Company SSL International is a manufacturer and distributor of healthcare products sold into consumer markets worldwide.SSL employs around 4,500 people operating from commercial offices in over 35 countries and has manufacturing capabilities in Thailand, Spain and the UK as well as joint venture manufacturing in India and China.SSL's head office is in London.SSL has a diverse portfolio of consumer products which include the global brands, Durex condoms and personal lubricants, Scholl footcare and footwear as well as local over-the-counter brands such as Syndol, Meltus and Full Marks in the UK and Sauber and Mister Baby in Southern Europe.Role purpose - Responsible for development of qualitative financial control, processes and procedures in order to realize the strategic Business Plan.- Proactively participate, supervise and delegate Finance activities - Responsible for working capital - Responsible for IT Norden, i.e.development and implementation in line with global IT strategy - Proactively assist and support the Regional Operations Manager, Benelux & Scandinavia, from a financial and Scandinavian perspective.Key Tasks and responsibilities - Lead the Nordic Administration team - Responsible for General Ledger Nordic countries - Responsible for Stock accounting incl.Provisions.- Responsible for Fixed assets ledger - Responsible for local reporting requirements such as VAT - Responsible for salary administration - Responsible for Accounts Receivable and dunning - Responsible for Accounts Payable and payments - Reporting to UK every month - Balance & Cash flow reporting - Intercompany reporting In your role as Head of Administration you assist Operations Manager and Controller in all reporting and supervise the assistants in the team with reconciliation, booking, questions etc.You are responsible for code and book adjustment of stock, adjustment of TRAP, advances, VAT, taxes, corrections of currencies, depreciations, accruals accounting, obsolescence, uncosted goods, fixed assets, travel expenses, retail warehouse etc. Knowledge, skills and experience - Minimum 5 years experience in accounting - Developed managerial skills - Graduate or equivalent professional qualification required - Service minded - Planning and organizational skills - Swedish, Scandinavian, English - SAP FICO knowledge Om du redan har gjort det, ska du bara logga in med ditt användarnamn och lösenord.
