In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Lead and develop a fun, diverse and knowledgeable international team of agile specialists - including Scrum Masters, RTEs and Portfolios Leads - in an expanding department

- Drive the scaled agile transformation journey across the portfolios responsible for Financial Crime Prevention, Security as well as AI and support the movement towards increased agility across Swedbank

- Infuse the organization with agile powers to grow the agile culture and mindset through coaching, mentorship, and training to teams and roles across different levels of the organization, including senior managers and stakeholders

- Continuously improve and evolve organization and ways of working in accordance with agile principles and best practice in order to increase flow of value

- Provide training, coaching, feedback, and advice on portfolio and ART (VDE) level to enable dependency and problem resolution within and across the organization

What is needed in this role:

- Degree from relevant field (or a good reason not to have one) and expertise in Agile Development frameworks and extensive experience working in a Scaled Agile environment (certifications are a +)



- Demonstrated (formal or informal) leadership prowess and excellent communication skills (to both technical and non-technical audiences)



- Experience coordinating IT processes and/or initiatives spanning several business areas and teams



- Ability to build networks and work collaboratively in a geographically distributed and diverse environment



- Experience leading change with a solution-oriented and customer-centric mindset



- A mindset of relentless improvement and a curiosity to explore and internalize industry best practices



- Experience coaching people and teams in lean and agile principles on different organizational levels enabled by a toolbox of agile practices and techniques



- Experience from agile transformation journeys, preferably in a large organization context (finance and related domains are a +)



- Belief in the power of motivated teams, seeing failure as a learning opportunity and enjoyment in challenging and engaging high level stakeholders with the agile mindset, methodologies, and principles for success
