The e-Mobility business within Scania is growing and new solutions for products and services are being introduced to the market. The electrification journey includes much more than just electrified trucks and buses such as charging solutions, battery business and partnerships. The objective for the Finance & Business Control function is to support and enable profitable and cost-efficient business activities that deliver customer value, volume and profitability within Sales & Marketing. The function carries out several activities including business controlling, financial planning and analysis, business cases for strategic initiatives and aims to be a world class business partner. For the e-Mobility solution sales department, we are now looking for an open-minded and experienced Business controller who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast growing environment.

Your new role

You will be part of both the finance community supporting Sales & Marketing as well as the e-Mobility solutions sales organisation and you will have a seat in both Management teams. In this new business area you will face a wide range of exciting tasks such as:


• Factory profitability analysis for the complete solution within several new business areas such as

• eTruck sales
• Service business
• Charging business
• Battery business
• Pilot Partner cases


• KPI follow-up and a central role in driving performance management
• Short- and long term financial planning
• Support the organisation in customer deals
• Responsible for compliance and risk reporting

The positions also includes a high amount of ad-hoc tasks, that will increase or decrease dependent of your personal profile and attitude.

Your profile

You are a business-minded controller with strong analytical and communication skills. You have the ability to combine financial and business data and convert that into clear communication material to enable better decision making. You are fluent in both oral and written English and enjoy communicating financial data with people from backgrounds. In this role, attitude is key, but we believe that you have at least 5 years’ experience in business controlling and a corresponding theoretical training to support it. We want you to have a proven track record to challenge and influence an organisation with sustainable results. Leadership experience is a merit.
