EV Charging will be at the heart of future smart cities - by 2026 over 50% of cars sold globally are expected to be electric. People will charge in many ways - at home, on-street, off-street. In the UK alone 7M households out of 27M don’t have access to off-street parking. As the global leader in parking Flowbird has a critical role to play.

We are currently building the team to lead the charge in this area - building partnerships with key players in the eco-system (charge point operators, eMSPs, charge point manufacturers, cities, etc.), identifying the new business opportunities for Flowbird and defining the right financial and execution model to deliver them.

Your role

Reperio is now looking for a Head of Business Development EV Charging to Flowbird. As Head of Business Development EV Charging you will manages all aspects of EV commercial development and relationships. The position includes a strong sales push to regions with best practices. More specifically, the position entails:

- Define, plan, and deploy global commercial strategies & sales campaigns
- Own the global opportunity pipeline within the global EVCS market segment.
- Identify leads, develop opportunities, and generate sales.
- Support EV operations worldwide on capability building, organizational development, and further enhancement of operating models
- Drive the business replication in key geographies around the world.
- Ensure a strong global EVCS service portfolio and related processes, procedures, systems, and tools
- Provide technical sales support through customer meetings and proposal management, preparation & review for strategic opportunities
- Ensure regular customer interaction and key account management at C-level and operational levels of customers.
- Plan and deploy marketing campaigns including participation in trade shows
- Provide leadership, governance, and support to the sales teams


Essential experience

- Engineering/Ops background (either academic degree, or prior industry experience)
- A deep understanding of the EV Charging ecosystem
- Excellent computer, written, and communication skills


Desired experience

- Experience from working at a CPO/eMSP).
- Strategy & business development experience at blue chip company
