Head of Client Services

We are now looking for a Head of Client Services for our Europe Ignio department. As Head of Client Services for UK and Europe regions, you will be responsible for Customer relationships, Revenue and growth through ignio implementations and cross sell/up sell in existing ignio accounts, CSAT, Operations, Support market interactions (Analysts interactions and Industry Events), Work with Digitates UK and Europe Sales teams, CTO, as well as Marketing and Partner teams for ignio success in the regions. Extensive travel and on-call is to be expected. The positions is placed in Stockholm, Sweden.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for achieving targets and managing end-to-end sales in the region
· P& L Owner for the geography
· Responsible for pro-active sales and create incremental services revenue
· Responsible for building a strong pipeline of prospects and building healthy relationships with some of the key strategic customers
· Account coverage, & account mapping
· Define offerings and map them to relevant key customers developing a product fulfillment plan
· Generation of awareness on Digitate offerings / technologies to customer accounts within TCS
· Creation of joint collaterals & success stories
· Responsible for accurately forecasting/projecting Quarterly and Full year Revenues
· Develop positive relationships built on trust to meet customer expectations
· Address and manage Stakeholder expectations
· Responsible for relationship with our current 23 clients in the geography and drive AI led requirements


PROFILE
You are expected to have 17 to 20 years of relevant experience, as well as skills/knowledge in:
- AI/ML
- Groovy
- Agile
- AWS
- Azure Negotiations
Furthermore, you have experience in stakeholder management as well as managing teams.
