Head of Customer Care with a passion for service

We are looking for a Head of Customer Care with a passion for service for EasyPark in Stockholm and Europe! This is a temporary position, starting at the end of August and spanning at least one year. You will work out of the office in Stockholm.

In your role, some of your main responsibilities will be to:

• Act as Head of both Customer Service teams and Inbound sales teams, with nine direct reporting team members consisting of six team managers and three process drivers from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Italy, France and Spain. The team managers also report to each countries country manager whom you routinely follow up with.
• As function head you lead and set goals proactively for all EasyPark markets
• Hold weekly, bi-weekly and monthly meetings with relevant parties to follow up on on-going plans, processes, set goals, KPIs, CSats and Customer Satisfaction.
• Coach and lead your team to success.

Budgeting is included in this role and one of your first tasks will be to set the 2018-budget for Customer Care and Inbound Sales.

• You have prior experience from working in and with Customer Service.
• You can work and drive growth independently within a matrix organization
• You are fluent in English and comfortable working and holding meetings in English. If you also know Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Spanish, Italian or French that is a big plus!
